¿Quiénes tienen derechos humanos?

Abstract

The seemingly natural idea that all human beings have human rights has been challengedby James Griffin inhis recent book On Human Rights. This article criticizes Griffin’s main arguments in favour of that challenge, claiming them to be inconsistent with things he wishes to say about people with certain discapacities; it also tentatively suggests that certain general truths about rights might nonetheless favour the kind of challenge in question.
